The European Peacock (Inachis io), more commonly known simply as the Peacock butterfly, is found in Europe, temperate Asia as far east as Japan.It is named in honour of nymph Io, the daughter of river god Inachus.
The span of its wings is 5-7 cm.
This beaded butterfly is woven of 29 colours.
The pattern includes a photo of the finished butterfly, a palette of needed toho beads and 7 graphs, from picking the first beads up to the finished piece with showing the way of the thread in each graph.
